How to Book an Appointment at St. Lukes Extension Clinic in Ermita for Your Immigration Medical Exam

St. Lukes Extension Clinic (SLEC) is the best visa medical screening facility to the Embassies of the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Falkland Islands, and South Korea visa applications. Due to the current pandemic, all visa applicants are required to provide a negative RT-PCR swab result conducted three (3) days before the date of appointment.

If you are applying either to study or work in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea, and other select countries, you will be asked to go through an Immigration Medical Examination, here are the steps by steps process on how you can book an appointment at SLEC in Ermita, Manila.

1. Go to the official website of St. Lukes Extension Clinic


2. Select from the menu shown on the homepage just below the St. Lukes Medical Center Extension Clinic logo. 

3. For example, select Canada Visa Applicants and then click on Online Registration.


4. Enter your email address on the new page. It is important that you enter a valid email address because this is where you will receive an email notification for verification. Click on the captcha to continue.


5. Now, access your mailbox and look for an email from slec.ph. 



6. Click on the link to verify.


7. After verification, you will be asked to input the information to book your appointment for an immigration medical examination.

8. Pick you preferred date of visa medical examination.




9. Enter all the information required to complete the booking of the appointment.




10. Select the appropriate Category for your visa medical examination.



11. Upon completion of the information required, you will be asked to verify and make sure that all the data you entered is correct. Select Preview and when you are satisfied with your entries, submit the appointment.


12. After you have successfully booked the appointment, you will receive an email from SLEC with the details of your schedule. You will need to pay the necessary fees for your visa medical examination. All payments are done through bank deposit at Security Bank.
