Koreans are known for heart-healthy food. If you are craving for Korean food, the next best thing to do is to find a good Korean restaurant to satisfy your taste buds.

Well, if you live in the city, you are bound to find a good restaurant that serves Korean cuisine. However, if you want the real thing, head on South and satisfy your craving for samgyupsal in Cavite. The Experience

Everyone wants to feel special sometimes, especially when dining or eating out. At Rodem Farm and Garden Restaurant, don’t expect a Korean style interior design or visuals that bear the hallmarks of Korea. It is a restaurant that serves organic food fresh from the farm and also lets you tour the farm where their produce are being cultivated.

It has a table grill for you to cook your own food. It isn’t really one of those state-of-the-art grill with ventilation. You have the grill on the table top with gas range underneath. However, Rodem Farm and Garden Restaurant turns this cook-your-own-meal into an all-you-can-eat-adventure.

The Parking

An easily accessible parking space is a must for a restaurant to flourish. At Rodem Garden Farm and restaurant, there is not enough parking space. Apparently, the restaurant has not invested in adequate parking yet. As of this writing, there is no concrete pavement for parking lots.

This issue is probably is not an overly concerning to the owner. If customers love the experience and the food that they serve, then the people should be able to figure out a solution to find a parking space.

The Food

Korean food has never been hotter in the Philippines. At Rodem Farm and Garden Restaurant, they serve fresh meat and fresh vegetables, the latter are organically grown in their farm. They serve slices of marinated beef, which seems to have more flavour than the meat usually sold at the local market or grocery store. They also serve a variety of condiments, such as kimchi, pickled radish, and other sauces, eaten together wrapped in a Napa cabbage leaf. The meat is good such fatty meat should be eaten in moderation. The kimchi and other side dishes provide a strong dose of acidity to cut the heaviness of the meal.

The sweet and savory dish of stir-fried glass noodles, also known as, Japchae, is just lovely. It is much easier on the palate unlike other Korean dishes. Korean Japchae at Rodem Farm and Garden Restaurant is packed with meat, vegetables, colors, textures, and bursting with flavours.

The hot pot is also flavoursome. Anyone will definitely enjoy the broth and vegetables in it.

For dessert, you can clean your palette with Korean ice cream. If you are health-conscious, you can opt for fresh fruit such as yellow watermelon picked straight from the farm.

The Customer Service

The restaurant deliver excellent customer service. Even native Koreans speak Filipino. Besides customer service, the staff ensure that the table is cleaned as soon as the customers finish the meals and leave. Those who tend the farm are also very friendly.

The Price

The price is just right. Not expensive and not cheap. The servings are generous though.

The quality of food and hospitality would keep customers coming back at Rodem Farm and Garden Restaurant. Good food and great service.
