Earth Hour 2018: Switch Off Lights for an Hour

Earth Hour 2018 is happening from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time. Let us all switch off our lights in our homes and workplaces. Let us take part in global annual event to express our support to saving our planet from global warming.

What is Earth Hour?

As stated on its official website, Earth Hour is a worldwide movement organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). The event encourages everyone from all over the world to turn off electric lights for an hour. This year, it happens on March 24, 2018.

Earth Hour started in Sydney, Australia in 2007. Since its inception more than a decage ago, the global event has spread across 187 countries.
